China’s coronavirus (Covid-19) death toll rises to 2592 So far, 77,150 people have been infected with the virus. The virus was also reported Monday in Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq and Afghanistan. The death toll from the virus in Iran is 12 and the number of people infected with the virus in South Korea is close to 1,000.
Three people in Kuwait and one each in Bahrain and Iraq has been diagnosed. This has resulted in eight countries with the virus being confirmed in Central Asia. In Iran, 43 people have affected the virus and 12 have died. By this situation, Turkey, Pakistan and Armenia closed the border with Iran.
Death toll in China 2592:
The Chinese National Health Commission said 150 people died in China last week.
In South Korea, 833 people were confirmed; Seventy people died. Five people died in Italy’s northern region, affecting 200 people. With this, the European countries too began stringent precautions.
More than 200 people have been stationed in Iran’s border with Balochistan, following reports that more people were infected with the virus than Iran. These are pilgrims to Iran. Pakistan said this after the border was closed. The virus has hit the southern city of Najaf in Iraq. The Iranian, who lives here, was diagnosed with the disease.
Death Toll in Iran 12:
Health Minister Iraj Hariri said that 61 people were infected with the virus in Iran. He added that 12 people have died so far. Meanwhile, the minister rejected the claim of a Member of Parliament that more than 50 people died in Guam alone.

In South Korea, the total number of infected cases has reached 833, with 70 cases reported last week.
China Parliament extended the session
The national media said China has postponed its annual parliamentary session in March following a virus outbreak. The new session date will be decided by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. EU Health Commissioner Stella Kiryakides, meanwhile, said that the Member States will collectively decide whether to ban travel to Italy, which has reportedly been infected with the virus. The WHO says there is no need to impose travel and trade restrictions. The World Health Organization’s special team will arrive in Italy on Tuesday to assess the situation. Meanwhile, Austria stopped the train service from Italy.
Restrictions on China
China releases restrictions on Yunnan, Guangdong, Shanxi and Guizhou regions. But the concessions announced at the epicentre of Wuhan were also withdrawn. The level 1 emergency declared in Yunnan and Guizhou has been reduced to a level three and Shifted to level two in Guangdong and Shanxi. Earlier the concessions were issued in Gansu and Liaoning provinces.
In China, it has been proposed to ban the sale of wildlife and its use as a food until it is completely free of the virus. One of the reasons for the spread of Covid-19 is the lifestyle of the Chinese who eat wildlife.
The proposal was submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. However, the Standing Committee has postponed the meeting.
