Take control of your mental health.

We have a tendency of ignoring our mental health given a plethora of reasons behind it. We are mostly grown in a society that brews us up with the mindset that having emotional turmoils or internal battles are a sign for the weak. We are made to choose the escape route, where we fray from reality, distracting ourselves in a quest to hide the mental agony that these battles push us into. At times the utter desperation to escape reality at all cost pushes people into the trap of drugs and alcohol. The social stigma and the pressure to feel normal is what should be eliminated from the social sphere.

Beat the social stigma :

Social health plays a crucial role in how we feel and behave in our daily lives. The influence is quite strong and everything revolves around it. With stress, building relationships and facing difficult situations and almost everything is thrown under the bridge. Coming out of the vicious cycle of mental agony is important and the first step to it is acceptance. Do not shy away from seeking professional medical help as talking and medications help a lot in the long run. The more you run away from acknowledging your mental health status, the further you dive away from the truth that holds you hostage.

Milk for a long time has been made a primary intake for individuals if they wanted the proper dose of nourishment. But with the truth coming to life, many researchers have claimed that the milk and its propaganda were all based on half-truths and were mostly bogus. A necessity for the milk was fabricated to increase its global consumption. If focused on facts then the picture seems to be quite different. Here are some points that debunk the claim of milk being the best in class proprietary:

  • Milk and heart diseases :

Milk and other daily products are placed in the top sources of saturated fats that can trigger cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease. Children and infants produce enzymes that break down lactose (the sugar found in cow’s milk). But as we age, most of us lose this capacity and hence the condition gives rise to Lactose intolerance. Milk thereby can be bad for health as compared to its good antiques.

  •  Milk and Bone health:

There are almost no advantages to milk for bone health. Must be amusing but is true. At times there are even chances of grave osteoporosis. A comprehensive study further shows researchers tracking the diets, exercise, and stress often results in thinning of bones and an increase in fracture rates of adolescent girls. It was also concluded that dairy products and calcium do not prevent stress fractures. Another study which was concentrated around roughly 9.6k people had found out that the more milk men consumed as teenagers, the more did they experience bone fractures.
